Repair, Return and Refund Policy

Repair, Return and Refund Policy

HE2020 strives to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with the products they purchased. Whilst we adhere to the Australian Consumer Law, due to the nature of the products, we have specific guidelines for repair, return and refund policy. For further enquiries on our Repair, Return and Refund Policy, please email to admin@he2020.com.au.

Warranty Claim

Refer to our Warranty Policy and Terms and Condition for more information.

Return & Repair

Please contact HE2020 for assistance for any return and repair arrangement. In most cases, items would need to be assessed before return and repair arrangement is made; this may include inspection of the product. Please note that credit card information is required prior to inspection and call out fee of $180.00 will only be charged if it is determined that the item is faulty not due to Warranty and/or is not damaged in transit but by misuse or accident.  If the item is found to be faulty under Warranty and is required to be returned, HE2020 will cover the cost of returning the item. All items are to be packaged correctly for transit prior to return, preferably with the original packaging.

If repair is required, it will be done either on site or off site within a reasonable time taking into consideration of other factors such as availability of repairers and parts required to complete the job. In some instances, we may decide to replace the item with a similar refurbished item instead of repair.

Change of Mind & Refund

Please note that, due to the nature of the products we do not offer refund for change of mind for whatsoever reason including but not limited to wrong selection or items found cheaper elsewhere. Unless previously agreed in writing by us, unboxed and unused item may be returned in its original packaging at your own cost for a credit note in which case restocking fees of 25% of retail price (not the price you pay) apply. Refund will only be provided if we are unable to repair or replace the faulty item under warranty.
